Fellowship trained in pediatric urology, Dr. Puneeta Ramachandra joined Children’s Hospital Central California in August 2013 as a pediatric urologist. Her areas of clinical interest include hypospadias, congenital renal/bladder anomalies, and vesicoureteral reflux.

Dr. Puneeta RamachandraDr. Ramachandra has presented on various topics in her field across the country. She is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Urological Association and Specialty Medical Group.

Dr. Ramachandra received her medical degree from the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Brunswick, N.J. She completed her residency in urology at University of Connecticut Health Center in Farmington, Conn. She did her fellowship in pediatric urology at University of California-San Diego, Rady Children’s Hospital San Diego.

Dr. Ramachandra speaks conversational Spanish and Kannada. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, doing black-and-white photography, playing tennis and cooking.
