David Galasso, Central California regional president, Wells Fargo, recently presented a $25,000 check to Susan Boyd, Children’s Hospital Foundation board chair and James Meinert, vice president of philanthropy. Five nonprofits in Central California were awarded grants as part of Wells Fargo’s integration with Wachovia.
In December, Wachovia customers and team members voted on their top choice for Central California nonprofits to receive funding in the spring. Children’s Hospital ranked number one.
“Our customers and team members gave a resounding endorsement by their overwhelming support of Children’s Hospital and we are pleased to align ourselves with an outstanding organization that shares a similar community vision,” said David Galasso, Central California regional president, Wells Fargo.
