Dr. Wendy Tcheng joined Children’s in May 2008 from Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, UCLA School Medicine, where she was Assistant Professor. She is board certified in pediatric hematology/oncology and pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics.
Dr. Tcheng belongs to several professional societies including the American Academy of Pediatrics, the American Society of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology and the American Society of Hematology. She has been published in peer-reviewed journals including Pediatric Blood and Cancer and Haemophilia. Dr. Tcheng has given numerous lectures on pediatric hematology and oncology topics including Von Willebrand Disease and Anemia.
A graduate of UCLA School of Medicine, Dr. Tcheng completed her internship and residency in pediatrics at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. She is fellowship trained in hematology-oncology by the UCLA Medical Center.
