Board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology and the American Board of Pediatrics, Dr. Randall Morton has given presentations on topics in pediatric anesthesiology ranging from muscle relaxants in children to management of difficult airways and has been published in the Journal of Reproductive Medicine. He has served in an administrative capacity as Chair of the Department of Anesthesia and Critical Care at Children’s Hospital, Secretary/Treasurer at Dodge County Memorial Hospital as well as President and Vice President of the Dodge County Medical Society.
Prior to joining Children’s medical staff, Dr. Morton was Director of Anesthesia Service and Acting Director of Obstetrical Anesthesia in the Department of Anesthesiology at the University of Nebraska College of Medicine and was an Assistant Professor in the Department of Anesthesiology at the University of Nebraska College of Medicine.
Dr. Morton received his medical degree from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine. He completed residencies in the Department of Pediatrics and in the Department of Anesthesiology at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska.
