Dr. Renee Poulin Kinman is board certified in pediatrics and pediatric endocrinology by the American Board of Pediatrics and is also board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She is a member of the Society for Inherited Metabolic Disorders and the Endocrine Society.
Dr. Kinman publishes regularly and her work has been in several medical journals including Diabetes, the American Journal of Hypertension, and the American Journal of Physiology – Endocrinology & Metabolism.
Dr. Kinman attended Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Ohio. She completed a dual residency in pediatrics and internal medicine at University Hospitals of Cleveland/Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital in Ohio. She returned to Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital for her fellowship in pediatric endocrinology. In addition, she earned a PhD in physiology and biophysics in the area of insulin transport from the University of Southern California.
