Board certified by the American Board of Medical Genetics and the American Board of Pediatrics, Dr. Natalie Hauser joined Children’s in August 2010 as a clinical geneticist.
Dr. Hauser is a member of several professional organizations including the Society for Inherited Metabolic Disorders, American Society of Human Genetics and American College of Medical Genetics. She has published in “Pediatric Research” and the “American Journal of Neuroradiology.”
Dr. Hauser received her medical degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Neb. She completed residencies in pediatrics at Children’s Medical Center and medical genetics at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas.
Dr. Hauser completed a medical biochemical fellowship at National Institute of Health/Children’s National Medical Center in Bethesda, Md. Her research focus has included methylmalonic acidemia and related disorders.
