Dr. Maya Hattangady is board certified in Pediatric Emergency Medicine by the American Board of Pediatrics.

A graduate of the Seth Gorbandas Sunderas Medical College in Parel, Bombay, Dr. Hattangady completed internships at Seth G.S. Medical College and K.E.M. Hospital in Bombay as well as Christ Community Hospital in Oak Lawn, Illinois. She went on to complete a pediatric residency at St. Lukes Hospital in Chicago. She also completed a pediatric residency at Christ Community Hospital in Oak Lawn, Illinois, where she served as Chief Resident. She is fellowship trained in neonatology by Valley Medical Center in Fresno, California.
