A graduate from the University of Nevada School of Medicine, Dr. Kathleen Murphy completed her residency in pediatrics at the University of California, San Francisco. She is fellowship trained in pediatric critical care by the University of Texas-Southwestern/Children’s Medical Center of Dallas.

A board certified pediatric intensivist, Dr. Murphy joined Children’s Hospital Central California in May 2000. She is a member of several professional societies including the American Medical Association, the Society of Critical Care Medicine and the American Academy of Pediatrics.
