Board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and board eligible in pediatric critical care medicine, Dr. Anthony Reid joined the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Children’s Hospital in August 2009. Dr. Reid is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Society of Critical Care Medicine. He has presented on critical care topics and has research interests in endothelial repair and angiogenesis.

Dr. Reid earned his medical degree at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City and completed a pediatric residency at Oregon Health and Sciences University in Portland, Ore. He completed a fellowship in pediatric critical care at Children’s Medical Center of Dallas where he served as chief fellow.

Dr. Reid resides in Fresno with his wife and their Labrador retriever. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, hiking and camping.
