Board certified in pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics, Dr. Jolie Limon joined Children’s Hospital as a pediatric hospitalist in 2000. Her areas of expertise include resident leadership, medically complex children and clinical pathways. She has written several of the Hospital’s current clinical pathways.

Dr. Limon was clinical director of the Hospital’s Clinical Pathways Program, a pediatrician in the Charlie Mitchell’s Children’s Center and medical director of the Pediatric Hospitalist Program. She also served on several Hospital committees and is currently assistant chair of the Pharmacy, Therapeutics and Utilization Committee.

Her academic appointments include assistant clinical professor of pediatrics with University of California, San Francisco (UCSF)-Fresno and her research has been published in the “Journal of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology.” She belongs to the American Academy of Pediatrics.

A graduate of the UCSF School of Medicine, Dr. Limon completed an internship and residency in pediatrics at the University of California, Davis Medical Center, where she served as chief resident and was awarded the Pediatric Residency Leadership Award three consecutive years.
