Dr. Jane Donat is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in pediatric neurology and the American Board of Pediatrics in pediatrics. Her areas of expertise are in pediatric neurology and EEG.
Dr. Donat also holds a master’s of health administration from the University of Washington in Seattle, Wash. She has served in an administrative capacity as medical director of pediatric epilepsy surgery and video EEG telemetry (long-term monitoring) programs at Children’s Hospital and Regional Medical enter/University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle. Prior to this she was associate professor of neurology and pediatrics at Children’s Hospital/Ohio State University Medical School in Columbus, Ohio.
Dr. Donat earned her medical degree from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. She completed a pediatric internship at the University of California, San Diego. Dr. Donat completed her pediatric residency and pediatric neurology fellowship as well as a fellowship in clinical neurophysiology (EEG and evoked potentials) at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn. She also ompleted a two-year fellowship in medical informatics at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Seattle.
