The Medical Director of Children’s Rehabilitation Center, Dr. Jennifer Crocker is board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation by the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Her special interests include adaptive sports and spinal cord injury.

Dr. Jennifer CrockerDr. Crocker served as assistant professor of pediatric physical medicine and rehabilitation at Indiana University School of Medicine, Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis.

Active in the medical community, Dr. Crocker is a member of the California Society of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Dr. Crocker received her medical degree from the University of Missouri School of Medicine in Columbia. She completed an internship in pediatrics at Driscoll Children’s Hospital in Corpus Christi, Texas, and a residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the University of California, Davis Medical Center in Sacramento. Dr. Crocker did a fellowship in pediatric physical medicine and rehabilitation at Shriners Hospital for Children, Northern California in Sacramento.
