Vice President Facilities and Support Services
Jessie Hudgins is vice president, facilities and support services at Children’s Hospital Central California. In his role, Jessie’s responsibility includes master site planning, construction, supply chain, biomedical engineering, central equipment distribution, print shop, security, food services, housekeeping, landscaping, PBX, couriers, plant maintenance, and plant engineering.
Jessie began his professional career in healthcare as the administrator of an ophthalmology practice. Additional career advancement ultimately led to his appointment as chief executive officer of a rural California hospital, where he served for six years. Jessie joined Children’s in 1997.
Recognized for his leadership capabilities, Jessie was nominated by Children’s and accepted into the California Healthcare Leadership College class of 2011. The yearlong executive education program is dedicated to the development of talented, high-potential leaders for the next level of leadership in their organizations. He is also a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).
Jessie was born in Washington, D.C. and raised in the Maryland suburbs. He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in business administration (MBA).
