La Sierra Guild
La Sierra formed in the summer of 1999 and its members come from the beautiful foothill communities of the Sierra Nevada Mountains – Mariposa, Oakhurst, Coarsegold, Raymond, Bass Lake and North Fork.
La Sierra raises their funds for Children’s Hospital by hosting their annual Cinco de Mayo Luncheon, catered by El Cid Restaurant. Along with the luncheon, guests can purchase raffle tickets and enter drawings for spectacular specialty baskets donated by La Sierra Guild members and their communities.
La Sierra also holds a raffle in the Fall – tickets are sold for $1 and the prizes are spectacular! Some of these prizes have included: $200 to Erna’s Elderberry House; two nights at the Tenaya Lodge; one night at Chukchansi; a $100 savings bond and more!
