Thanks for supporting the country’s largest Change Bandit program. Children’s Hospital Central California appreciates generous individuals like you who ask your co-workers, classmates, families and friends for donations. All your hard work will help support the Central Valley’s premier pediatric medical center.

Change Bandits are volunteers who “rob” co-workers, classmates, families and friends of their change during the month leading up to the “Bandit Bash.” This year’s event will be held Thursday, August 27 at 5 p.m. at the Clovis Rodeo Grounds.

As a Change Bandit, challenge yourself by setting a goal of raising at least $100. Once a person gives you their change, add it to your coin bag and watch it grow. Change Bandits can represent companies, departments within companies, schools, organizations, and more.

To help you promote the program and collect money, you will receive a Change Bandit packet that will include “Wanted, Your Change” posters, a coin bag, a story of a patient helped by the Hospital (read Chloe Denlinger’s story), and instructions for creating a personal webpage for online giving.

Bandit Bash

Change Bandits and one guest are invited to the Bandit Bash featuring Richie McDonald, the former lead singer of Lonestar and Nashville recording artist Chris Young on Thursday, August 27. At the Bash, you will turn in your money (checks made out to Children’s Hospital Foundation), receive a limited edition Bandit Bash T-shirt, and be treated to a private reception and concert. Bring your favorite blanket or chair and enjoy the show.

Individuals not attending the Bandit Bash must turn in their money at Children’s Hospital’s Foundation office by the last day of this year’s Radiothon, which will be held September 24 – 26. Don’t forget to identify your coin bag using the form in the Change Bandit packet. PLEASE DO NOT WRAP COINS.

Thank you for supporting the 11th annual KISS Country for Kids Change Bandits program. Last year, Children’s Miracle Network named Children’s Hospital as the National Change Bandit Program of the Year.
